  • Can I bring a photo to show the style I want?

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    A basic cut takes 30-60 minutes, color treatments 2-3 hours, and perms 2-4 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

  • Do you provide hair washing as part of the service?

    Yes, hair washing and a scalp massage are typically included with most hair services in Korea.

  • Is tipping expected?

    Tipping is not customary in Korean salons and is not expected. The price you're quoted includes all services.

  • What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the result?
